Mani
Ashkenazy

Mani Ashkenazy is a Denver-based artist and art educator who celebrates color, light, and the simple joy of making something by hand. She works primarily in acrylic and oil painting, while also exploring stained glass, mixed media, and other crafts. Mani is drawn to projects that combine storytelling, texture, and transformation. Her art reflects both a love of process and a commitment to creating work that resonates with viewers.

Alongside her studio practice, Mani is an enthusiastic art educator, teaching students of all ages and skill levels in stained glass and other creative mediums. Her classes are hands-on, playful, and focused on building confidence while encouraging experimentation and exploration. She loves guiding students as they try new techniques, discover their own creative voices, and experience the satisfaction of bringing an idea to life. Mani is currently completing her BA in Art Education with the goal of sharing creativity and self-expression with young learners in public schools.

Today, Mani divides her time between painting, designing and building stained glass, working in mixed media, and exploring new art mediums. Driven by curiosity, gratitude, and a love for creation, she continues to grow her practice while helping others experience the excitement and joy that comes from making art.
